1. Returns Eligibility
You can return most items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all accessories, instructions, or other items that came with the product.
- The item must not be marked as non-returnable (see exclusions below).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from returns, including:
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered.
- Clearance or sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Perishable goods, such as kitchen cleaning products, oils, and certain utensils with food residue.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at admin@klavor.xyz or through our website’s contact form. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions for returning your item and any further details you may need.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we can’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the same steps as a return, and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and if there’s a price difference, you may need to pay the difference.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will assist you with a replacement or refund, and the return shipping for damaged items will be covered by us.
